I didn't start Vic Pro to be the biggest waterproofing company in Melbourne. I started it because I got tired of seeing jobs done wrong.

Water gets into places it shouldn't. It sits behind tiles, under membranes, inside walls — and by the time anyone notices, the damage is already done. I've walked into too many buildings where someone cut corners on the waterproofing and left the owner or the strata with a six-figure remediation bill. That's not a trade problem. That's a standards problem.

So I built Vic Pro around one principle: do it right the first time.

What that looks like in practice

Every project I take on — whether it's a single bathroom in Brighton or a rooftop membrane on a twelve-storey development in the CBD — gets the same level of attention. I use premium systems from ARDEX, MAPEI, SOPREMA, Sika, Projex, Tremco, and WPA because I know how they perform long-term. I follow AS3740 because it's the standard, not because someone's watching. And I provide full installation documentation and certification because your builder, your strata manager, or your insurer may need it one day.

I work directly with builders, developers, architects, strata managers, and homeowners across Melbourne. Most of my clients come back. That matters more to me than any number of new enquiries.

A bit of background

I've spent years working across residential, commercial, and remedial waterproofing — apartments, luxury homes, balconies, rooftops, wet areas, planter boxes, sports courts, basements. I've done flood testing, leak detection with thermal imaging, full remediation on failed systems, and new installations on projects from the ground up.

I hold a VBA Building Practitioner licence (DB-L 100466) and carry $20 million in public liability insurance. Every job comes with installation certificates and warranty documentation — not as an afterthought, but as a standard part of how we work.
